Introduction
The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) has collected serum, plasma, and urine specimens since NHANES III (1988–1994). Researchers have conducted health studies on a wide range of topics using available biospecimens from NHANES III and subsequent survey cycles.
